In the year 1987 Matthias Kühn laid the foundation for his business success with the sale of the first real estate object in Santa Ponsa. It was sold for 600.000 DM to an Austrian client.

By consistently establishing a wide network of branches, constantly expanding the property developer business segment and successfully diversifying in connected markets KÜHN & PARTNER is one of the biggest real estate companies in the Balearics today.

In order to fulfill the constantly increasing demand for luxury real estate objects, the company founded the "Matthias Kühn Premium Selection". Through this elite branch of the company, exclusive objects with a market value of more than 10 million euros are personally managed by Matthias Kühn.

The company expansion has led to a double figure increase in sales volume over the years.  This development is to be maintained by further expansion in Europe with new business models and further diversification. The Head Office of Kühn & Partner has been based in the Pueblo Español since 2006.
