You have a client - but not the right object ?

No problem, Kühn & Partner have almost every available property on the island and we are able to meet almost any client requirement. 

You look after your client (pre-and after sales) and we will show the properties. If successful, this will mean a shared commission.

We will confirm your referral in writing in the form of a customer protection, provided the client is not already on our database.

A full co-operation, with division of commission, is only possible with a fully-fledged real estate company on Mallorca and Ibiza.

For all other partners we offer a different concept.
