How it all began

Matthias Kühn founded in 1987 at the age of 29 years, the company of KÜHN & PARTNER. After graduating from the University of Hamburg, Matthias Kühn came to the island to make his business idea a reality. This was, the creation of a real estate company that offers its customers a wide range of real estate deals and the best service.

His first business success was the sale of a property in Santa Ponsa to an Austrian client for DM 600,000 / 300,000 EUR. With the consequent development of a nationwide branch network, the steady expansion of the property development business and the successful diversification into affiliated markets, KÜHN & PARTNER is today  the largest real estate company in the Balearic Islands.

Over the years, the company's expansion has increased to double-digit sales. This development will continue and be maintained with further expansion in Europe, new business models and other diversification.

The company also owns its group headquarters, based in the Pueblo Espanol.Palma de Mallorca
